When I was younger, one of my favorite pastimes was to go out to the local firing range with my friends or family and get some target practice in. Many years have passed since those days, but recently I’ve taken up sport shooting again as a hobby. As much fun as it is to go to the gun range, one of the downsides is that there often is a lot of equipment to carry. That’s why it’s good to have a range bag that is packed up with shooting supplies and ready to go to the range whenever you have the opportunity.
Of course, since I hadn’t been shooting for quite some time, I didn’t have a range bag. Fortunately, I was given one for Christmas – a Reebow Tactical range bag.
Reebow Tactical Range Bag
This particular range bag falls under the “best range bags on a budget” category (in my opinion). They seem to be well put together with durable materials, and they hold a LOT of stuff.
I mean a LOT of stuff!
As for the price, you can get the Reebow Tactical range bag on Amazon for $36.99 (as of the date of this post).
Whenever I’m going to go do some plinking, I can grab my bag and walk out the door knowing that I have everything that I need for a nice afternoon of shooting (except my rifle…that won’t fit in the bag lol).
What Should I Put in My Range Bag?
While this isn’t an exhaustive list, and your range bag setup may be different than mine (which may change over time as I figure out what I need or do not need), here’s a list of some of the stuff that I carry in my range bag.
- Ear Protection (Two Sets)
- Paper Targets
- First Aid Kit
- Rifle Cleaning Kit
- Pistol Cleaning Kit
- Hoppe’s Bore Snake – 12 Gauge
- Rem Oil Spray Lubricant
- Misc tools and gun parts
- Microfiber Cloths
- Hand Wipes
- UpLULA by MagLula Pistol Magazine Speedloader
- Extra Magazines
- Extra Ammunition
The Reebow Tactical range bag can definitely hold a lot of your shooting supplies. It has Molle webbing so you can add more storage to the bag, six pistol magazine holders, and plenty of storage for just about anything else you can imagine.
