Snapbomb - Another Potential Moneymaker
When I first heard the word Snapbomb, my thoughts immediately went to firecrackers. I love fireworks. But the sad fact is, it takes money to buy them. Rumor has it that one can make some easy cash using the Snapbomb network.
The Snapbomb system essentially creates ‘word of mouth’ marketing for website owners. They do this by paying bloggers to write posts that create ‘buzz’, thereby driving traffic to the advertiser’s site.
Let’s look at the important part: getting paid.
Basically the system starts out by checking your blog to see what it’s ‘worth’; what you will get paid for your posts. As you make more posts, your ranking goes up and your pay per post amount follows suit. As far as I can tell there are no minimum word limits (of course, that may vary from post to post), so it can be an easy way to earn cash with your blog.
Snapbomb appears to be a potentially worthwhile tool for both bloggers and people wishing to engage in blog marketing. I will be posting more as I learn more about this interesting opportunity.

X-List bloggers need exposure, too!
Feb 1, 2008 Audience Participation, Blogging, Internet, Linkage, Money
I was thinking of a way to drive more traffic to my site, and I have been reading on several different blogs that a (somewhat) decent method to get attention is to interview bloggers.
The only problem is I’m not any kind of interviewer or anything. I just blog about dumb stuff. Why would an A-list blogger waste their time letting me ask random questions?
So I propose this - if you want to get some exposure for your unknown (or semi-unknown) blog, and don’t mind fielding a barrage of silly questions from someone on a sugar/caffeine rampage, then drop me a line below. If you are special (and we know that you are), I will do a quick interview with you for posting on this site, as well as your own. Heck, you can post it wherever you like. Linkage galore…or epic fail.
Fire away! Or you can interview me if you like. I’m boring. But let’s face it…we can be the A-list of the future via a stupid idea like this!

I don’t wanna be sedated…
I’ve completed (almost completely) my move to my new house, which is very nice!
I’ve also removed some ‘offending’ content from my site so I don’t have to have this blog terminated by the wordpress bunch.
It seems that in order to do paid postings, y0u must pay for their VIP service, which is $300 per month.
Wow. I just don’t have that kind of cash, and probably won’t have it if I can’t make money online that way…I suppose I’ll have to find an alternative.

PayPerPost Added to The Sugarbuzz Project!

As you all know (if you read this site), I like to try to find new ways to make money on the internet. I’ve considered many options, and I wanted to pass on some information about one of the choices I have made.
PayPerPost is a site that basically sells blog reviews. What does this mean to you? Well, if you are a wannabe uber-blogger like yours truly, it means they pay you to write reviews for their paying customers (thereby generating buzz and traffic - which, as we know, is a good thing).
One feature that strikes me as cool is their “Blogger Dashboard”, which gives you a display of your posts that have been approved and rejected, how much you have been/will be paid, and other featured offers you can take them up on.
Oh, and there’s a nifty ‘give to charity’ feature as well, if you are so inclined.
As far as their payment schedule, here is a snippet from their FAQ regarding how their payment schedule works:
Once your post is approved, our system sends it back to the Review team for a second round check 30 days after the original submit date. If the post is still live, and unchanged, it will be approved again and you will receive payment via PayPal.
I look forward to doing business with PayPerPost on a regular basis. Their site is easy to use, and they have a fairly good reputation (according to the things I have read). Check them out!
